Privacy Policy

This policy explains what TaskBlink collects when you visit our website, fill out a form, book a call or text with us, how we use it, who receives it, and the choices you have.

Effective October 31, 2026

Who we are

TaskBlink LLC ("TaskBlink", "we", "us") is based in Tampa, Florida. This policy covers this website and the forms, booking calendar and text messages connected to it. Questions about it go to support@taskblink.com or +1 (813) 819-3689.

What we collect

What you give us

When you fill out one of our forms or book a call on our calendar, we collect what you type in: your name, email address, phone number, business name, website, and your answers to the booking questions. If you pay us, the payment is handled by Stripe, and we do not store full card numbers on our site.

What we collect automatically

When you browse the site, we and the tools listed below use cookies, pixels and similar technology to collect usage data. That includes the pages you view, the links and buttons you click, your browser and device type, your IP address, and the page or ad that brought you here. If you arrive from one of our ads, the site remembers the ad click details in your browser for up to 7 days, so a booking can be matched to the ad that led to it.

How we use it

  • To answer you, schedule your call and follow up on the request you made.
  • To run and measure our ads and our website, and learn which pages and ads work.
  • To provide our service to the businesses that sign up, including billing.
  • To meet our legal duties, such as keeping the business records the law requires.

Tools that receive data, and why

We use these outside services to run the site and our business. Each one handles data under its own privacy policy.

  • Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms). Measures how our ads perform, builds ad audiences and helps Meta show our ads to the people most likely to be interested. It receives the pages you visit and the actions you take on our site. It may also receive hashed contact details you submit to us, meaning they are turned into a scrambled code before they are sent, which Meta uses to measure and improve our ads.
  • PostHog. Site analytics and session recordings, so we can see how people use our pages and fix what is confusing. Anything typed into form fields is masked in recordings.
  • GoHighLevel (LeadConnector). Runs our forms, our booking calendar and our customer records (CRM). What you submit through a form or a booking is stored there.
  • Referly. Tracks affiliate referrals, so a partner who sent you to us can be credited.
  • Hyros. Ad attribution, which connects bookings and sales to the ads and sources that produced them.
  • Stripe. Processes our payments.
  • YouTube. Plays the videos embedded on our pages. YouTube may set its own cookies.
  • Google Fonts. Supplies the fonts the site uses. Your browser fetches them from Google, which receives your IP address when it does.

How we share it

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers above so they can do their work for us, with advertising platforms as hashed contact details so we can measure and improve our ads, and when the law requires it. SMS opt-in data and consent are never shared, as the next section explains.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we use it to message you about your request, your booking and our service. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Your choices

  • Cookies. Your browser settings let you block or delete cookies. Some parts of the site may not work as well without them.
  • Meta ads. Choose how Meta uses your activity for ads in Ad Preferences at https://www.facebook.com/adpreferences.
  • Interest-based ads. Opt out of interest-based ads from many companies at https://optout.aboutads.info and https://optout.networkadvertising.org.
  • Texts. Reply STOP to any text from us.
  • Your information. Email support@taskblink.com to ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted. We may need to confirm who you are first. We respond to verified requests as required by applicable law, including California law.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, such as answering you, providing our service and keeping the records the law requires. After that, we delete it or remove what identifies you.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, such as encrypted connections to our site. No way of sending or storing data is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise that information will never be accessed without permission.

Children

Our site and service are meant for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you think a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our tools or the law change. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the effective date at the top.
