We promise at least 3 booked appointments in your first month. If we do not hit that, we refund your first month's plan fee. You are never tied to a long contract either. You can cancel any time.
Right. We find the leads, reach out to them, follow up, answer the first questions, and put the booked meeting on your calendar. Your only job is to show up to the call and close the deal.
We find businesses in your area and industry from public listings, then check that the phone numbers are real and active. Every lead is yours alone. We never share or resell them, and you can download your full list any time.
Yes. Before we start, you tell us the industries, locations, and type of business you want. We aim there. If the leads are not quite right, we adjust the targeting until they are.
Yes. We only contact business numbers that are already listed in public for anyone to reach, not personal cell phones. The rules that protect everyday consumers from spam are not the same as one business reaching out to another. We also get your numbers properly registered before anything goes out.
No. They read like a real person reaching out, short and to the point. The moment someone wants to talk, it goes on your calendar. You can also jump into any conversation yourself, and the automatic messages step aside.
Your plan covers finding the leads and running the campaign. On top of that, you only pay for the messages themselves, which is about a penny each. No surprise fees, and you can watch your usage any time.
After a quick setup call to lock in your targets and connect your calendar, we start reaching out right away. Most clients have calls booked within the first few weeks, and the guarantee covers your whole first month.

This is the question we get most, so we are not asking you to take our word for it. Every answer below links to the actual law, the federal guidance, and the court rulings it is based on.
The short version: we only message phone numbers that businesses have chosen to publish publicly on Google so people can contact them. We never text personal cell phones. That one line is what keeps this firmly on the right side of the law.
Yes. We only reach out to phone numbers that businesses have already listed publicly on Google for anyone to contact them, never personal cell phones. The main law people worry about, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), was written to protect everyday consumers at home from unwanted telemarketing. It was not built to stop one business from contacting another. As one federal court put it plainly, the TCPA was meant "to apply to consumers, not business numbers," and it ruled that businesses fall outside what the law was designed to protect (Chennette v. Porch, Inc., 2020). A number a company posts on its own Google profile is, by definition, a business contact that company wants to receive.
It does not apply to us. The National Do Not Call (DNC) Registry is built for personal, residential numbers, and businesses are not even allowed to register on it. The Federal Trade Commission states it plainly: "Most phone calls to a business made with the intent to solicit sales from that business are exempt from the Do Not Call provisions." Because we only reach out to companies through their public business contact info, the Do Not Call rules simply do not touch what we do.
Yes, and their reading lands squarely in our favor. A number of court rulings and legal analyses agree the TCPA was made to protect consumers at home, not to limit normal business-to-business outreach. One federal court stated the law was intended "to apply to consumers, not business numbers," and the history behind the law shows it "was not intended to apply to business communications" (Chennette v. Porch, Inc., 2020). Reaching companies through their public business profiles sits right inside the business-to-business contact that courts recognize as outside the consumer telemarketing rules.
